Keep Cut Fruit From Browning

Most of you know that a little squeeze of lemon juice can keep sliced fruit from looking unappetizing, but did you know that a bath of honey water can keep fruit looking bright and fresh for up to 24 hours? The citric acid and vitamin C in lemon juice as well as a peptide in honey slows down the oxidation process that causes browning. Check out the video below from America's Test Kitchen.
