Grain? Seed? GF? WTF!

If you've clicked on this post were assuming that you did so because you "Need to Know". Changing your diet is usually in the "Need to Know" category. I could have cared less about it all until I found myself at a life changing juncture called holly molly what? celiac disease!


At first it was just wading through the gluten free options...which when i began my journey, trust, nobody even cared or understood GF. Now, I actually even avoid grains. Why? Well there just low in nutritional value, which is why most cereal and bread products are fortified with vitamins and minerals.

Barley, including barley malt

Wild Rice (although not related to rice it is still of the Poaceae family of cereal grasses, so technically, still a grain)
